bettybeauty has had a busy 2008 and would love to thank all of you for that. In the beginning of 2008, betty bikini colors went worldwide with products being available in Finland, Dubai, Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, the U.K, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Ireland and many more! 2008 began with such good spirits that we couldn’t have wished for a betty year.  The ball just kept on rolling and by April, betty bikini hair dye was being sold in Duane Reade, the most recognized drugstore chain in Metropolitan New York. Soon after, bettybeauty was nominated for the indie beauty award, from CEW, the Cosmetic Executive Women, for creativity, originality and entrepreneurial innovation and we WON! That created a press frenzy for the rest of the year for bettybeauty. We were featured in the July issue of Oprah Magazine, had Kathie Lee Gifford of the Today Show on NBC loving betty and even the hit show The Doctors praised betty for its safe formula for the area down there and recommended it as the product to use! Of course that was not all, KTLA 5CW in California did a feature on betty in Damone Roberts salon in Beverly Hills, NBC - Around Town picked us up and loved betty, and ABC believed that betty was great for women of all ages and finally crossed that age gap. Betty could not be happier with all of this attention but can’t wait for 2009 already. Since our home base is NYC, betty was able to attend National Underwear Day and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Bryant park this year. Hopefully in 2009, we will be able to attend more events and do more for the lovely people who adore betty. betty was ready for its holiday party!

Everyone here at betty is excited that the new year is finally coming after such a great year at our office. So everyone at betty celebrated with an intimate dinner with everyone from the office and some family and friends.  Nancy, the founder of betty, bikini colors, color for the hair down there, surprised the entire betty office with a visit from Santa, Mrs. Claus and a few elves. Of course Santa didn’t come empty handed, he came armed with personalized bettys for everyone in the betty family.
