is this safe for chest hair?

I think betty beauty pubic hair dye is a really great product! I saw my first gray pubic hair and i was too scared to use other dyes. Luckily I was reading entrepreneur and saw an article on Nancy Jarecki and betty beauty pubic hair dye. Keep up the great work Nancy Jarecki!
